Terms of Service

Effective date: April 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Cooglr or by accessing and using the Cooglr platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of personal information.

2. Description of Service

Cooglr is an AI-powered knowledge synthesis platform designed to help teams and individuals organize, search, and understand their information. The platform connects to third-party services such as Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar, processes your data using artificial intelligence, and generates wiki pages, summaries, and structured knowledge from your connected sources. The features and functionality of the service may evolve over time as we continue to improve the platform.

3. User Accounts

User authentication on Cooglr is managed through Clerk. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You must not share your login credentials with others. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cooglr for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Upload, store, or process any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Abuse, exploit, or manipulate the AI capabilities of the platform in any way that degrades the service for other users.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions imposed by the platform.
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or individuals.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the platform.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties or allow others to access the platform through your account.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content, data, and intellectual property that you upload to or create within Cooglr. By using the platform, you grant Cooglr a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. The Cooglr platform itself—including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property—is and remains the exclusive property of Cooglr and its licensors.

6. Third-Party Services

Cooglr integrates with third-party services including Google APIs (Drive, Gmail, Calendar), AI providers, and infrastructure providers to deliver its functionality. Your use of these third-party services through Cooglr is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those services. Cooglr is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to through the platform.

7. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Cooglr, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your information is handled.

8. Service Availability

Cooglr is currently provided in beta. The service is offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cooglr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to Cooglr in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cooglr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
